How we handle your information.

When you use the "Book an Appointment" form, we collect your name, telephone number, an email address if you choose to provide one (used only to send you a reminder before your visit), the service (and doctor, where relevant) you selected, your preferred date and time, a callback number and preferred time to call, and anything you choose to write in the optional note. That is the entire form. Nothing else on this website asks you for personal information.

Together with a booking request, we also record how you first arrived on this website: for example, that you followed a link from Instagram or a Google search, and which page you first visited. This helps us understand how patients find us. Your browser holds this information only until you close the tab, no cookie is used, and it is sent to us only if you submit the booking form.

Only to process your appointment request and to enable our reception team to call you back and confirm it. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone outside the clinic.

Submitting the booking form saves your details to a password-protected database that only clinic staff can access, so that our reception team can see your request and call you back. Nobody outside the clinic can see it, and it is not used for any purpose other than processing your request. Several pages on this website also offer WhatsApp or a telephone call as a way to reach us directly. A WhatsApp conversation you begin with us is handled as any WhatsApp message is, and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as that service is operated by Meta and not by us.

This website counts visits so that we can see which pages are useful. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, starts only if you agree in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you do, it is blocked from setting any tracking cookie at all, not merely paused. Once you agree, it records which pages you view, the general region you are in, and, with no personal detail, when a booking request is started, moves from one step to the next, or is submitted, and which service it was for. It never receives your name, your number, or anything you type into the form. You may change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website. Nothing collected in this way is used for advertising, and none of it is sold or shared with anyone outside the tools themselves.

We retain booking requests for our scheduling records, as we do any other patient correspondence, for as long as we reasonably need them.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what information we hold from a request you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please contact us using the details below.
