Teleconsultation is an online doctor consultation by telephone or video, and not every consultation needs to take place in person. A follow-up for an existing condition, or a review of reports, can often be conducted by telephone or video, particularly for a patient who has already been examined. A teleconsultation at Muktodhara is booked with the same doctor you would see at the clinic, from our doctors across 12 specialities: Dr. Soumen Saha, Dr. Payel Biswas, Dr. Abhishek Mukherji, Dr. Ayan Nandi, Dr. Debopriyo Mondal, Dr. Amartya Chakraborty, Dr. Shambaditya Das, Dr. Kaustav Basu Thakur, Dr. Ayan Mazumder, Dr. Abhishek Das, Dr. Anuradha Kar, Dr. Arijit Tunga, Dr. Shyamal Kumar Mukhopadhyay and Dr. Meenakshi Karan. It is well suited to a follow-up or a review of reports. The first assessment of a new or urgent symptom still requires an examination in person.
